French Tuna Cheezy Soufflés



Eggs are a huge challenge for me, as a result, I’m always thinking of interesting, tasty ways to prepare them.

I guess you can say I’m on a constant egg hunt!


Tuna Cheezy Soufflés (Makes 4)

4          Eggs
            Milk, splash
            Salt & Pepper, pinch
            Paprika, pinch
1 Can    Tuna, drained
2          Spring Onions, chopped
3          Spinach leaves, chopped
½ t     Cumin seeds, crushed
½        Fresh Red Chilli
            Fresh Coriander leaves
2          Cheddar Cheese, Matchbox size

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Add Eggs, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Paprika and mix well.
  • Add Tuna, Spring Onions, Spinach, Cumin, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cheddar Cheese and fold in gently.
  • Grease 4 holes of a Muffin pan well.
  • Scoop soufflé mixture into your Muffin pan.
  • Top with a little bit of extra Cheddar Cheese.
  • Place into your oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Use a knife to gently remove them from the pan and onto your serving plates.

Tuck in immediately!
